Chairperson

She is currently the Chairperson of Balogun Gambari Microfinance Bank Limited. Hajia Halimat Ajoke Yusuf holds a Bachelor’s degree in Home Economics Education from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria. She badged her master’s degree in Education Administration at San Francisco State University California.

She has over 35 years of experience covering Teaching & General Management. She started her career as a teacher at Okesuna Nursery and Primary School and also worked at the Kwara State Agency for Mass Education. She was the Chairperson Ilorin East Local Government between 1994 and 1995. 

She was appointed as a Commissioner for Education in Kwara State between 1995 and 1998. Hajia Halimat Yusuf has been a member of Kwara State committee on religious matters since 2008. She is Matron of many Islamic organisation communities Association and schools among them are: NASFAT, FOMWAN and Samsudeen Islamiyat Society of Nigeria. 

She has many international academic research and seminars papers to her credit. She was conferred with the award of Order of Niger (OON) by the President of Nigeria in 2004.
